B: Because of latency the server hasn’t acknowledged that you are in stealth so your client sees you push your macro, and based on your status, stealth off, decides to ask for a Backstab.Server receives petition to Vanish and Backstab and that’s what it does. A: Stealth bar doesn’t come up before you hit the second key, so you hit Backstab instead.You’re in combat and want to Vanish+Ambush, but instead you Backstab. Scenario B: You put them in a macro with stealth/nostealth modifiers so you use one or the other based on whether you are in stealth or not.Scenario A: You put them in your main action bar in the same position.
Say you use the same hotkey for Backstab and Ambush because why shouldn’t you, they are basically the same ability save for stealth. This has caused me to use the wrong abilities or have my overpowers come delayed. Even if i used button hotkeys instead and swapped stances fast i would still see the action bars sporadically change between setups. No, this is not a mouse issue, i’ve had this setup since the birth of WoW. I use mouse button for defensive stance and scroll for battle/zerker.
I see my bars go back and forth like crazy when stance dancing as if they can’t decide which stance to land at. This is BEYOND irritating, specially when tanking, and i cannot imagine the frustration during Arms pvp. But mostly likely what will happen if you will try to do this very quick is your action bars will rapidly switch between battle/zerker setup, potentially causing me to waste pummel EVEN when i’m in battle stance.Īlso if you try to change stances while casting your mount you will see the action bars changing too(They should not) even if you’re not actually changing stance, and i think they are somehow related. You want to quickly change to Battle Stance for Overpower and back to Berserker Stance. Would REALLY appreciate if fellow warriors could speak up regarding this issue. This bug has caused so much irritation and annoyance to my gameplay and i just got a reply from Blizzard stating that they are not aware of any issue like it which makes me scratch my head…
